Eric Bates

Eric Bates is a committed Christ follower, discipler, communicator, and people developer.

Called into the ministry at just twelve years old, Eric has devoted his life to proclaiming the message of Jesus both across America and around the world.

 

Since 2021, he and his wife, Brooke, have had the privilege of leading Morrisville Church in Morrisville, Missouri.​​

 

Eric has a heart to see Southern Missouri move towards Christ, community, and calling. A vision for regional impact motivates him to encourage and equip leaders and local churches everywhere.​ He holds a bachelor's degree from University of Arkansas, a master's degree from Nelson University (formerly SAGU), and is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God.

In his off time, Eric enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, and being with his family.

Eric and Brooke are the pleased parents of three boys: Jared, Levi, and Noah.
